Road Decision We primarily use National Highway 1 for the entire journey because it is the most direct link between the two cities. We utilize the Deo Ca Tunnel to bypass the steep gradients and sharp curves of the old mountain pass. The Quy Nhon National Highway 1D bypass is our preferred entry into the city to avoid the heavy industrial traffic in the northern suburbs. We avoid smaller coastal tracks which are often unpaved or blocked by local markets.
Operational Reality Morning departures face heavy motorbike congestion leaving Nha Trang through the northern suburbs. The stretch between Tuy Hoa and Song Cau is prone to sea mist during the early hours which can reduce driving speeds. Heavy trucks transporting marble and granite from Binh Dinh province occupy the right lane frequently on this corridor. We monitor the weather closely from October to December as heavy rain can cause localized flooding on low-lying sections of National Highway 1.
Seasonal Notes The dry season from January to August offers the most reliable road conditions and clear coastal views. October and November are the wettest months when persistent rain can slow traffic and create slick road surfaces near the mountain passes.
Pickup & Drop-off Specifics We provide door-to-door service for all major hotels along Tran Phu street and the Quy Nhon beachfront resorts. Some narrow alleys in the Nha Trang old quarter are inaccessible to vans, so a short walk to the main road may be required. Short rest stops are included. If you want a longer stop at a specific location, mention it when booking. We will confirm whether there is any extra cost. We will not add charges you have not agreed to in advance.

48 or more hours before departure: full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund. If we cancel: full refund, no exceptions.

Both options work. Via WhatsApp: message us with your route, date, vehicle size, and number of passengers — we confirm within 15 minutes and take a 25% deposit. Via the website: select your vehicle and direction, add to cart, and pay with card. Either way, full price is confirmed before any payment is taken.

The driver will use the Ca Pass tunnel to ensure the quickest arrival time at your destination. If you prefer to see the ocean views from the mountain road, please request this as it adds twenty minutes to the journey.

We recommend stopping at Dai Lanh or Song Cau where there are established rest areas with clean toilets and food stalls. These locations are positioned at natural intervals to break up the four-hour drive effectively.
