The booking process was smooth and professional — they responded quickly, gave a detailed all-inclusive quote and the driver info was sent in advance. Driver Mr Vu arrived on time and spoke English which was helpful. One thing to note — when I came back 2 days after getting the initial quote to confirm the booking, the price had already gone up from 3,700,000 to 4,400,000 VND. They did warn that Tet prices change daily so I accepted it, but just be aware — if you like the price, book it immediately. Overall good reliable service, would use again.
