Yes, the driver will take you to the terminal door at either Tuan Chau Port or the Ha Long International Cruise Port. You should tell us the name of your cruise boat in advance so we can find the correct pier for you.

During the storm season from July to August, we check the port authority status before your departure from Hanoi. If the cruise is cancelled while you are en route, we can divert you to a hotel or return you to the city.
