He dropped us directly at our hotel in Sapa town center safely. Much better than sleeper bus if you get motion sickness easily.
Good service. Vehicle was pristine minibus because we have many bags. The highway part is very fast but traffic on the Hanoi ring road delayed us for maybe 25 minutes. Driver didn’t speak much English but WhatsApp team helped us to change our dropoff location to Ta Van village last minute.
We booked the comfort SUV for the long trip up north. It is a very long drive (around 7 hours with two short stops) but completely stress-free compared to taking a bus back to Hanoi and changing lines. The car was a brand new electric Vinfast, very clean and quiet. Our driver was great, he drove carefully through the heavy fog on the final mountain pass up to Sapa.
