He dropped us directly at our hotel in Sapa town center safely. Much better than sleeper bus if you get motion sickness easily.

    Good service. Vehicle was pristine minibus because we have many bags. The highway part is very fast but traffic on the Hanoi ring road delayed us for maybe 25 minutes. Driver didn’t speak much English but WhatsApp team helped us to change our dropoff location to Ta Van village last minute.
