Operational Reality Friday afternoon and Sunday evening traffic is the biggest challenge due to weekend travellers leaving or returning to Hanoi. The Phap Van interchange often sees heavy congestion which can add thirty minutes to the trip. Heavy rain in the summer months occasionally causes slow-moving traffic on the CT01 expressway.
